Primary Care
We offer a variety of preventative care services such as lab tests, counseling, and wellness exams for all ages.
Metabolic Disease Management
Obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and many other chronic issues are interconnected issues of metabolic disease. Long Life Direct Primary Care combines personal planning and the latest technology in an intensive therapy program to heal.
Prenatal Care
Long Life DPC loves caring for the entire family, including maternity/prenatal care and newborn care. In addition to his family medicine training, Dr. Long completed a fellowship in obstetrics and has delivered almost 1,000 babies.
Acute Care
Dr. Long always joked with friends and family, "no nights or weekends!" But we all know illness and accidents happen at inconvenient times. Long Life DPC members have access to same-day/next-day appointments and communication with the team 24/7.
In Patient Care
Dr. Long is on staff at St. Anthony Hospital, where he continues to teach with the family medicine residency. Having your primary care doctor available to see you in the hospital provides a continuity of care that reduces unnecessary testing and assures you of an advocate at a stressful time.
In office procedures
The more we can do for you at Long Life DPC, the better it is for you. Why pay a specialist to do something Dr. Long has been training residents to do for over a decade? Even better, many of these procedures are included in your membership.
